New Abstract
A complete abstract of title showing all documents of record for a particular parcel of real estate. Turnaround time: please call for estimate.

Junior Policy
A limited coverage policy usually used for second mortgages that insures the lender against loss. This policy is designed for one-four family residential properties and can not be used for commercial properties or bare land.

Stub Abstract
A partial abstract beginning at a requested date. Turnaround time is dependent on the length of the stub abstract, but normally within 2-4 days.

Plat Drawing
Provides a non-surveyed drawing of residential properties based on physical inspections and an inspection report identifying various characteristics of the property.

Tract Check / Bringdown
An updated report showing any new document recorded from the date of a previous O&E or Stub Abstract. Turnaround time: 24 hours.

Endorsement for Lenders or Owners Policy
Provides requested endorsement to an existing title insurance commitment.

Document Retrieval
Search for requested document based on information provided. Full or partial copies as requested. Turnaround time: 24 hours.

Closing Protection Letter
Provides requested closing protection letter to an existing title insurance commitment.

Name Search
A search for Judgments docketed in District Court and a search for State and Federal Tax Liens and Bankruptcy documents recorded with the County Recorder.

Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
A search for Fixture Filings under a company name.  Turnaround time: 48 hours.
